急性肺损伤患者血浆乳酸水平与炎症反应的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究急性肺损伤(ALI)患者急性期血浆乳酸水平与炎症反应标志物C反应蛋白(CRP)含量的相关性。方法:对34例符合ALI诊断标准的患者于入院时、入院后第2天和第5天早晨抽取桡动脉血和肘静脉血各8 ml,测定血浆乳酸、CRP,并设健康对照组。结果:血浆乳酸水平、CRP水平在实相监测点均同步升高,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);血浆乳酸水平与CRP呈正相关(P<0.01);器官功能不全组患者血浆乳酸水平、CRP水平高于器官功能正常患者(P<0.05)。结论:本研究证实ALI病情进展及预后与血浆乳酸水平、炎症反应密切相关,ALI患者监测血浆乳酸水平,能反映炎症反应的程度,判断治疗效果和预后的有效措施。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between concentration of plasma lactate and serum C-reactive(CRP) in patients with acute lung injury(ALI).Methods:A total of 34 patients with confirmed diagnosis of ALI were enrolled in study.Radial artery and ulnar venous blood samples were collected on the mornings of 1st,2nd,and 5th d after admission,measuring plasma lactate and serum CRP.Blood samples from health people were selected as control group.Results: levels of plasma lactate and serum CRP increased synchronously at the monitoring sites,which had the significant difference compared with the control group(P〈0.01or P〈0.05).The changes of plasma lactate and serum CRP were in significantly positive correlation(P〈0.01),and increased remarkably in the patients with organ dysfunction(P〈0.05).Conclusions: This study confirmed that plasma lactate levels and the inflammatory reaction is closely related to ALI disease progression and prognosis,Monitoring of plasma lactate level in patients with ALI,can reflect the degree of inflammatory response,to determine the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis of effective measures.
