摘要
网络信息归档保存的主体有短期保存主体与长期保存主体之分,二者均扮演重要的角色明晰的主体责任、良好的协作模式是开展网络信息资源归档保存工作的重要保障而国家网络信息资源归档保存体系的构建,则需要中央乃至地方的共同努力,协同合作。
The agents of network information archiving can be divided in two types, short time archiving agent and long time archiving agent, which all play an important role. To keep distinct agent responsibility and fine coordination model is the vital task of network information archiving. The construction of the national system of network information archiving needs the cooperation of central and local government.
