摘要
通过对近些年来发生的食品事件进行归类总结,得出食品供应链两类风险:内部风险和外部风险,并针对这两类风险,提出针对性的应对措施,为企业在实践操作中提供借鉴和指导。
The paper first summarizes the food safety incidents in recent years and extracts from it two kinds of food supply chain risks, namely internal and external risks, for each of which, corresponding countermeasures are given to guide the enterprises in their operational practice.
