摘要
基于作者提出的预测失谐叶盘结构最大失谐幅值放大系数及最坏失谐模式的方法,利用搭建的行波激励实验系统,针对典型的整体叶盘结构模型试件进行了失谐振动响应局部化实验。首先通过有限元仿真确定失谐叶盘振动响应局部化实验所需的最坏失谐模式,然后经过数据采集与后处理得到行波激励下失谐叶盘结构的强迫响应,通过实验验证了失谐跳变-强迫响应局部化现象,实验结果与理论分析取得较好一致性。
In order to validate the numerical demonstration was conducted. The numerical methods methods proposed by the previous theoretical study, the test were firstly used to predict the worst mistuning patterns under engine different order excitations, the measurement for forced responses to an engine order traveling wave excitation was then accomplished using optical measurement systems. The test data were used to verify the theoretical and numerical predictions of a bladed disk dynamic behaviors. Good agreement between test measurements and finite element analysis was obtained. The occurrence of mistuning jumpforced response localization phenomena was also validated.
