摘要
高技术企业的原始创新是企业自主研究和开发全新技术并实现产业化的过程,是学习知识、积累知识和创造知识的知识集聚行为。从知识集聚的视角,高技术企业原始创新风险包含创新风险损失和创新风险收益,在产品研发层面、组织运行层面和外部网络层面会形成系列化、连锁化的风险传递,渐次派生出原生风险、次生风险和衍生风险,构成了高技术企业原始创新的风险传递链。高技术企业原始创新风险在不同层面形成不同的风险扩散规律和风险传递方式,构成了高技术企业原始创新的风险传递效应模型。
The original innovation of high-tech enterprises is the industrialization process of researching the new technology,and learning,accumulating and creating knowledge.From the perspective of knowledge accumulation,the original innovation risk of high-tech enterprises includes the loss and the revenue of innovation,becomes to transfer the risk in product development level,operational level and the external network level,and gradually derives the primary risk,the secondary risk and the derivative risk.These constitute the risk transfer chain of high-tech enterprises＇ original innovative.The original innovative risk of high-tech enterprises form different risks at different levels with the transfer mode and the diffusion law,and constitute the risk transfer effect model of the original innovative.
