噻唑衍生物的合成研究进展

摘要 噻唑类化合物具有广泛的生物活性,已成为国内外学者研究的重要课题。阐述了噻唑类化合物各种合成方法,有Hantzsch合成法、高碘试剂合成法、异硫氰酸酯合成法、固相树脂合成法、二羰基化合物合成法、芳醛与胺缩合氧化法、负载试剂合成法等,并指出了其中一些合成方法的优缺点。最后对噻唑化合物的研究方向作了简要的展望。 The thiazole derivatives possess extensive biological activity and have been an important issue studied by the domestic and overseas researchers. The research progress on the synthesis of the thiazole derivatives is stated, such as Hantzsch, the reagents of periodide, isothiocyanate, solid resin, dicarhonyl compound, oxidizing reaction of aromatic aldehyde with amine, loaded reagent, etc. The advantage and disadvantage of some methods are pointed out. In the end, the prospect of their research orientations are forecasted.
