摘要
先天性心脏病(CHD)的介入治疗近年来取得了很大进展,已成为CHD的一种重要治疗方法。然而目前人们对常见CHD介入治疗仍存在着一些争论。现重点讨论PDA、VSD、肺动脉瓣狭窄、主动脉瓣狭窄等常见CHD介入治疗适应证及方法学等方面的进展及争论。
Transcatheter therapy of congenital heart disease（CHD） has made great progress in recent years. There are still some disputes about transcatheter therapy even the transcatheter intervention now has became an important therapeutic measure for many CHD. In this paper,the advance and controversy in transcatheter intervention for CHD such as patent ductus arteriosus, ventricular septal defect, pulmonary valve stenosis and aortic valve stenosis are discussed.
