摘要 以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,十二醇为分子量调节剂,经乙交酯开环聚合合成了高相对分子量的聚乙交酯(PGA)。研究不同催化剂含量、调节剂含量和反应时间对合成反应的影响。通过改变催化剂含量,合成特性黏数达3.848 dL/g的PGA;固定催化剂含量,通过改变调节剂含量,得到特性黏数在2.278 dL/g~3.218 dL/g范围内可调的PGA。用红外光谱,核磁共振,X射线衍射(XRD),差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)表征其结构和性能。结果表明,PGA是一种半结晶聚合物,结晶度达48.72%,其熔融温度在222℃~224℃之间,具有良好的热学性能。 Ring-opening polymerization(ROP) of glycolide was studied in the presence of l-dodecanol as molecular weight regulator and tin(П) 2-ethylhexanoate(Sn(Oct)2) as catalyst.The highest molecular weight polyglycolide(PGA) was synthesized with intrinsic viscosity 3.848 dL/g.PGA with controlled intrinsic viscosity ranging from 2.278 dL/g to 3.218 dL/g was obtained by the addition of different contents of l-dodecanol.The structure of PGA was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR).The PGA was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results show that PGA is a semicrystalline polyester with high crystallinity and good thermal properties.The crystallinity is 48.72% and the melt temperature is between 222 ℃ and 224 ℃.
