摘要
目的:观察点式直线偏振光疼痛治疗仪穴位照射治疗枕大神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将86例枕大神经痛患者随机分为两组,对照组43例,口服卡马西平和维生素B1治疗;治疗组43例,在口服卡马西平和维生素B1治疗基础上采用点式直线偏振光疼痛治疗仪穴位照射治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.3%,对照组为76.7%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:点式直线偏振光疼痛治疗议穴位照射治疗枕大神经痛安全有效。
Objective： To observe the point of linear polarized light radiation therapy acupuncture pain treatment for the clinical efficacy of occipital neuralgia. Methods： 86 cases of occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, control group, 43 cases of oral carbamazepine and vitamin B 1 treatment; treatment group, 43 cases of oral carbamazepine and vitamin B 1 in treatment based on the use of point-line acupuncture treatment for pain polarized light irradiation. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 95.3%, 76.7% in the control group, two groups, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Point-type linear polarized light irradiation treatment of pain points proposed safe and effective treatment of occipital neuralgia.
