摘要
目的:探讨化浊止泻散干粉覆脐法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用化浊止泻散干粉覆脐法进行治疗,对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶片口服治疗。比较两组的疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组的疗效、不良反应发生率与联合用药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化浊止泻散干粉覆脐法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,副作用少,易于推广。
Objective： To investigate the bulk powder cover umbilical Huazhuo diarrhea treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： 60 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n=30. Treatment group were diarrhea loose powder cover umbilical Huazhuo method for the treatment and control group using sulfasalazine tablet treatment. Were compared the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results： The efficacy, adverse reaction rates with the combined treatment group difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The umbilical Huazhuo diarrhea loose powder cover the exact treatment of ulcerative colitis, less side effects, easy to spread.
