摘要
目的:观察射干麻黄汤治疗喘证的临床疗效。方法:选取112名喘证患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组56例。对照组口服头孢氨苄50mg/(kg?d),4次/d。治疗组口服射干麻黄汤,药物组成射干5g,麻黄9g,细辛3g,半夏15g,紫菀15g,款冬花15g,五味子9g,生姜3片,大枣3枚,水煎服,日一剂,分早晚两次温服,并随证加减。1周为一个疗程,一周后比较两组疗效。结果对照组痊愈率为37.5%,总有效率为46.4%,治疗组痊愈率为23.2%,总有效率为89.7%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:该方加减,治疗寒饮郁肺型喘证,在改善咳、痰、喘等临床症状,减轻两肺哮鸣音和干湿罗音,控制感染等方面疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the treatment of Asthma Shegan Mahuangtang clinical efficacy. Methods： 112 Asthma patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups of 56 cases.
