摘要
目的:探讨四磨汤口服液促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效。方法:临床统计了78例腹部手术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组39例,对照组39例。对照组不给予任何用药,使其胃肠功能自然恢复;治疗组行口服四磨汤治疗,观察两组患者的排便时间、通气时间等,统计实际临床疗效。结果:治疗组在术后禁食时间、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及排便时间均明显低于对照组。结论:四磨汤显著促进了术后胃肠功能的恢复,疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the oral promote Simotang recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery efficacy.
