摘要
高位马蹄形肛瘘,有半、全形之分,也有前、后位之别,是一种病态范围大、治疗难度高的肛门直肠疾病。多年来,我科采取切开挂线配合对口引流术治疗高位马蹄形肛瘘,通过长期临床实践和观察,疗效满意。
