摘要
目的:观察分析中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸的方法及临床疗效。方法:将96例黄疸新生儿随机分为两组,其中治疗组48例,采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗;对照组48例,采用西医的方法进行治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率为94.8%,对照组的总有效率为71.2%。经统计,两组总有效率有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗新生儿黄疸,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective： To observe and analyze the combination therapy of neonatal jaundice and clinical efficacy. Methods： 96 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into two groups, one treatment group 48 cases, the use of integrative medicine approach to treatment; the control group were treated with Western medicine approach to treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 94.8% in the control group, the total effective rate was 71.2%. The statistics, the total effective rate were significantly different, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The method of combining Chinese and Western medicine treatment of neonatal jaundice, a significant effect, safe, reliable, worthy of use in clinical practice.
