摘要
目的:观察四妙勇安汤治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法:将198例联合应用化疗药物所致静脉炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用四妙勇安汤外敷,对照组采用5%硫酸镁外敷。结果:治疗组总有效率86.2%,对照组总有效率68.5%,两组有效率有差异(P<0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤外敷,治疗化疗性静脉炎疗效显著。
Objective：To observe simiao yong ann decoction in the treatment of chemotherapy phlebitis curative effect. Methods： 198 patients with combined application caused by chemotherapy drugs phlebitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, the treatment group adopted simiao yong Ann soup topical, using 5% magnesium sulfate apply in the control group. Results： treatment group total effectiveness 86.2%, control group total effectiveness 68.5%, two groups of efficient have difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： simiao yong Ann soup topical, treatment of chemotherapy phlebitis curative effect is distinct.
