摘要
采用反相气相色谱技术测定VCM脱吸速率数据,与双粒子扩散模型拟合,得到4个参数(X1、d1、X2、d2)及其脱附数据理论值,并定义d2x2为吸附系数,结果表明:双粒子扩散模型能准确描述悬浮PVC树脂的脱吸过程,吸附系数可以表征树脂脱吸的难易程度,聚集体百分含量可以表征树脂的塑化性能。通过对国内外不同厂家生产的PVC树脂颗粒特性、塑化性能的对比,归纳了国产树脂现有的优势和不足,以便改进国产树脂质量和更好地指导生产。
The desorption rate of VCM from PVC resin was gained by inverse gas chromatography,combined with dual particles diffusion model,obtained X1、d1、X2、d2 and defined the sorption coefficient.The result showed that dual particles diffusion model could be used to characterize the desorption process,sorption coefficient could be used to show how easy the desorption could be and the percentage content of aggregate particle can characterize the resin plasticizing performance.Through the comparison and analysis on the particles structure and plasticizing performance of experimental resins selected,finding advantage and deficiency of domestic resin,improving quality and guiding the production.
