摘要
介绍了绿洲小城镇团部和连队既有住宅能源利用现状及建筑能耗特点,针对不同形式的住宅,提出了住宅围护结构、采暖热水系统的节能改造方法和节能改造中高效、科学地利用太阳能资源的技术思路,并结合工程实例对改造后的工程进行了分析,结果表明:室内平均温度接近16℃,满足舒适度要求。
The situation of energy utilization and the feature of building energy consumption on the existing residential of regimental headquarters and companies in small town of Corps were introduced.For different forms of residential,the energy-saving method of residential building envelope and heating hot water system,and the technical ideas of using solar energy resources effectively and scientifically.Finally,the transformation project combined with engineering of projects was analyzed.The results show that the average temperature indoor close to 16℃ and meet comfort requirements.
