微栓子监测指导两联抗血小板联合他汀类治疗缺血性脑血管病 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，74岁，因“左侧肢体活动不灵2d”，于2011年5月2日入院。2d前出现左侧肢体活动不灵，上肢尚能持物，下肢不能站立，伴头晕，非旋转性，来我院急诊。既往胃溃疡病史10余年；否认高血压，糖尿病以及冠心病病史，吸烟史59年，平均20支／d，未戒；饮酒50年，偶尔少量，未戒。
