摘要
基本公共服务均等化是社会主义和谐社会建设的基础,对其进行指标化评价研究具有重要价值。运用DEA理论建立了基本公共服务均等化投入与产出指标体系,并以江苏省2003年至2008年数据为例进行了实证分析。结果表明,并非随着时间推移,基本公共服务均等化的投入产出效率越高,需要具体分析各指标的影响因素,以进一步推进基本公共服务均等化。
The equalization in fundamental public service is the base of building a socialist harmonious society,and the indexing evaluation on it has great values.The paper has set up the input and output index system of fundamental public service,and made the imperial analysis on data of Jiangsu province from 2003 to 2008.It turns out that the output efficiency doesn＇t improve gradually,and the analysis of influencing factors about indicators is needed for further improvement of fundamental public service.
