摘要 miRBase是集miRNA命名、序列存储、注释、靶标预测和搜索功能于一身的主要在线数据库。使用者可以通过名称、关键词或序列等方式进行检索,并可通过链接查询有关该miRNA的主要文献,对miRNA进行基因组背景分析及靶标预测等。 miRBase is an online database which contains the name, sequence and annotation of miRNA, as well as target predictions and search functions. We can search the miRNA by name, keywords or sequence,find the primary literatures which concerning the miRNA and can also predict the targets of the miRNA or analyse the genomic context through the links, miRBase site.http.//www, mirbase, org.
