摘要
对临床发现的由鸡大肠杆菌引起的以鸡输卵管炎和腹膜炎为典型症状的传染病诊治情况进行论述。采用大肠杆菌分离培养、生化试验和药敏试验对病料进行了病原鉴定,结果表明徐州地区鸡群被大肠杆菌感染,并提出了防治鸡大肠杆菌病的建议。
Hens colibacillosis is caused by Escherchia colibacilli, tubal inflammation and peritonitis as the typical symptoms,which often causes great economic loss to the poultry industry. The pathogeny was identified through E. Coli separation culture, biochemical test and drug sensitive test. The results show that the hens in Xuzhou area were infected by E. Coli,and the preventive measures were proposed as well.
