摘要
探索未来电力市场形态是一个涉及面很广且存在众多不确定性因素的难题.为此,从3个方面进行分析.首先,分析影响未来电力市场形态的若干重要技术因素;其次,由未来电网技术出发,分析未来电力市场的基本特征,包括发电低碳化、交易范围扩大化、辅助服务市场功能增强等;最后,讨论未来电力市场形态设计的若干重要问题,如零售市场设计、辅助服务市场设计、排放权市场设计及容量市场设计等,重点研究电网友好负荷及可再生能源发电并网等技术因素在未来电力市场形态中产生的重要影响,并给出初步的建议.
The analysis of future electricity market modality is a difficult and complicated problem, which is related with a wide domain and influenced by lots of unexpected factors. The investiga- tion is carried out based on three factors in this paper. Firstly, the important technology factors are analyzed, which influence future electricity market modality. Secondly, based on the technologies of future power systems, the characteristics of future electricity markets are analyzed. They including low-carbon power generation, trading region expansion, ancillary service improvement, etc. Finally, several important problems concerning the design of future electricity markets are discussed, especially, the grid-friendly load, the renewable energy generation, and the corresponding solutions are analyzed. Some suggestion is also given.
