摘要
首先介绍了广义传输线方程在有耗非均匀传输线中的应用,基于此方法对经过割裂地参考平面的微带线进行了分析,通过Pade逼近利用数个频点的解得到一个较宽频率范围内的等效电路,并用等效电路计算S参数,计算结果与全波仿真的结果一致。
Pade approximation combined with generalized transmission line equations (GTLE) is intro- duced in this paper, which is applied on equivalent circuit parameter extraction of lossy nonuniform trans- mission line. A microstrip line through divided ground is analyzed by using this method, and an equivalent circuit obtained can be valid in broad frequency range. The method is validated by the agreement between numerical and full wave simulation results.
