摘要
通过运用积累-投入-产出-价值实现(AIOV)制造业企业产品设计与技术创新能力评价体系,以典型的冶金设备生产型检修企业为对象,进行了冶金设备检修企业的产品设计与技术创新能力评价与分析。AIOV以产品现代设计理论与技术创新为理论基础,采用层次分析法(AHP)对代表性的5家企业进行评价。评价结果从技术层面综合反映了我国冶金设备生产型检修企业在产品设计与技术创新方面的差异与发展潜力。
Based on the evaluation system accumulate investment output value（AIOV） , innovation capability of typical overhaul corporations is systemically evaluated and analyzed for metallurgical equipment. The theory of modern product design provides a foundation for AIOV. The analytic hierarchy process（AHP） method is applied to evaluate the innovation capability in AIOV. The composition score of the corporation denotes innovation capability of the corporation. The analysis shows difference of the corporations in technical innovation and potential.
