农村剩余劳动力有效转移背景下的职业院校教育教学改革 被引量:2

摘要 农村劳动力有效转移是我国社会转型期一个不可忽视的问题。一般来说,受教育程度较高人群的有效转移可能性最大。因此,作为具有大量农村生源的职业院校应该加大教育教学改革力度,在做好专业技能教育的同时,要不断扩大课程领域,加强创业教育、职业生涯规划、职业人文素养、可持续发展能力等方面的教育,切实为农村劳动力的有效转移做出应有的贡献。
