摘要
以SCL-90量表为研究工具,采用分层随机抽样的方式,以青海省5所高职高校449名大学生作为调查对象。结果表明:青海高职院校大学生的心理健康水平总体上处于良好水平;女生心理问题较为明显;青海省高职院校大学生心理健康水平大二最好,大三水平最低;面对高职院校招生规模的急剧扩大,需要建立健全心理健康教育机制,完善心理健康教育体系,有针对性地开展心理健康教育,应对潜在的学生心理问题。
Taking the scl -90 scale as a research tool, a stratified random sampling selected 449 students from 5 vocational colleges in Qinghai. The survey results showed that students of vocational colleges had been in good status of general mental health in Qinghai;more obvious psychological problems had been found in girls;the best level of mental health had been found in the sophomores, and the lowest level of mental health in juniors;with rapid expanding of enrollment of higher vocational colleges, the system of mental health education had been urged to establish and improve, the targeted mental health education had been urged to carry out to solve the potential psychological problems of students.
