消化内镜姑息治疗晚期胰腺癌1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺癌（Pancreatic Cancer,PC）是消化系统最常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一,由于发病隐匿,就诊时多为晚期,常常错过外科根治的时机。晚期PC进展迅速,平均生存期仅为4～6个月,积极的姑息治疗可以适当延长患者的生存时间。胰头增大浸润生长会造成其周边4根主要管道梗阻（胆总管。
