炎症性肠病血浆Prickle1水平的鉴别意义

摘要 目的研究炎症性肠病患者血浆Prickle1水平对于鉴别诊断的价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay,ELISA)分析克罗恩病患者、溃疡性结肠炎患者和正常对照者血浆中Prickle1蛋白的表达。受试者工作特征曲线(receiver-operating characteristic,ROC)分析血浆Prickle1水平对于克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎的鉴别诊断价值。数据处理使用SPSS13.0。结果克罗恩病患者血浆Prickle1水平显著高于正常对照者(P=0.001)和溃疡性结肠炎患者(P=0.001),同时Prickle1对区分克罗恩病患者和溃疡性结肠炎患者(P=0.000)具有显著的鉴别诊断价值。结论克罗恩病患者血浆Prickle1水平增高,对区分克罗恩病患者和溃疡性结肠炎患者具有鉴别价值。 Objective To research the differential diagnostic value of plasma Prickle1 in inflammatory bowel disease. Methods Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (EI_ISA) was applied to evaluate plasma Prickle1 levels in patients with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and in healthy controls. Receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to determine the differential diagnostic value of plasma Prickle1 in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 13.0. Results Plasma level of Prickle1 was significantly higher in Crohn's disease than in healthy controls (P = 0.001) and ulcerative colitis (P = 0.001). Moreover, Prickle1 showed significant diagnostic value in distinguishing patients with Crohn's disease from ulcerative colitis (P =0.000). Conclusions Plasma level of Prickle1 was increased in patients with Crohn' s disease, which showed diagnostic value in differentiating patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
