Microstructure Transformation of 3.5%Cr High Corrosion Resistant Steel in Railway Wagon

摘要 利用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机研究了铁道车辆用3.5%Cr高耐蚀钢在连续冷却条件下的组织变化规律,绘制了试验条件下铁道车辆用高耐蚀钢的动态CCT曲线。结果表明,随着冷却速度的提高,铁道车辆用3.5%Cr高耐蚀钢组织由多边形以及准多边形铁素体逐渐转变为贝氏体类组织;铁道车辆用3.5%Cr高耐蚀钢以2~5℃/s冷却后的组织是细小均匀的铁素体和一定数量的粒状贝氏体,这种组织有较高的强度以及较好的强韧匹配。 The continuous transformation behavior of 3.5% Cr high corrosion resistant steel used in railway wagon was investigated by thermal simulation test enginery Gleeble-1500, and its dynamic continuous cooling transformation curve was drawn up under laboratory condition. The results show that the polygonal and quasi-polygonal ferrites gradually transform into bainite type microstructure in the 3.5%Cr high corrosion resistant steel used in railway wagon with the increase of cooling rate after rolling. The microstmcture in high corrosion resistant steel used in railway wagon consists of fine and uniform ferrite and a certain amount of granular bainite with the cooling rate changing from 2℃/s to 5 ℃/s, which is accompanied with higher strength, good match of strength and toughness.
