南极微生物混合制剂对黄瓜白粉病的防效及环境生态影响

摘要 测定南极芽孢杆菌Bacillussp.107和嗜冷杆菌Psychrobactersp.t3-3混合生物制剂对室内黄瓜白粉病的防治效果;检测生物制剂对意大利蜜蜂的经口毒性;检测生物制剂对孔雀鱼的毒性。结果表明,混合生物制剂对室内黄瓜白粉病的防治效果达到70.19%;蜜蜂毒性经口实验结果为48hLC50=724mga.i./L,为低毒,孔雀鱼在14d观察期间,未见异常表现,说明混合生物制剂对环境友好。本研究为混合生物制剂的进一步开发和应用提供基础资料及安全性保障。 Control effect of Antarctic Bacillus sp. 107 and Psychrobacter sp. B-3 mixed bio-product against cucumber powdery mildew was determined. Oral toxicity of mixed biopesticide on the Italian bee(Apis rnellifera L. was assayed . The toxicity of mixed biopesticide on guppy(Girardinus guppyi) was also tested. The results showed that control effect of mixed bioproduct against cucumber powdery mildew reached 70.19%. Oral toxicity on bees was 48 h LC50=724 mg a. i./L, which indicated the low toxicity. No abnormalities were observed on guppy during the period of 14 d. It suggested the mixed pesticide was environment-friendly. Our data provided a basic information and security protection about the mixed bio- product for further research and application.
