摘要
目的研究半导体激光对根尖周炎常见致病细菌的杀菌效果及其影响因素。方法用半导体激光对离体牙根管内细菌悬液进行照射,采用不同照射功率或照射时间,计算其杀菌率。结果激光输出功率1.5 W时,照射1、3、5 min时,杀菌率分别为53.10%、75.18%、90.55%;照射1 min,输出功率为2.0、2.5、3.0 W时,杀菌率分别为56.66%、78.65%、80.80%。结论半导体激光对根管内实验细菌有一定的杀灭作用,且随着照射功率或时间的增大或延长而增强。
Objective To study the bactericidal effects of diode laser on bacterial strain of periapical pefiodontitis and its factors. Methods Bacterial suspensions were exposed to laser with different power or time,and then the colonies were counted and tile bacteri- cidal rates were measured. Rusults After in'adiation for 1 , 3, 5 mim, tes with laser at the power of 1.5W, the bactericidal rates were 53.10% , 75.18% and 90.55% respectively; and after irradiation at different powers of 2.0, 2.5, 3.0W for I minute, the bacteri- cidal rates were 56.66% , 78.65% and 80.80% respectively. Conclusions There is significant bactericidal effects when diode laser was used, and its rate increases with the irradiating power and time.
