柚子皮粉对含铬废水的吸附效果及吸附动力学研究 被引量:16

摘要 [目的]研究柚子(Citrus maxima)皮粉对含铬(Cr6+)废水的吸附效果及其吸附动力学方程。[方法]以柚子皮粉作为吸附剂处理含铬废水中Cr6+,考查溶液pH、柚子皮粉用量、反应时间以及Cr6+初始浓度对柚子皮粉吸附效果的影响。[结果]在室温下,溶液pH≤2、柚子皮粉用量10 g/L、反应时间100 min时,初始浓度为10 mg/L的含铬废水其Cr6+去除率可以达到99%以上。吸附等温线拟合结果表明:柚子皮粉对Cr6+的吸附符合Langmuir等温式,且该吸附过程符合二级动力学方程。[结论]该研究可为柚子皮粉的工业应用提供可靠的理论基础和科学依据。 [Objective] The aim was to study adsorption effect of pomelo peel powder on wastewater containing chromium(Cr6+) and its adsorptive kinetic equations.[Method] The influences of solutions pH,dosage of pomelo peel,reaction time and initial concentration of Cr6+ on effects of adsorbent pomelo peel powder adsorbing Cr6+ were researched.[Result] The results showed that at room temperature,when solution pH was no more than 2,amount of pomelo peel was 10 g/L,reaction time was 100 min,the removal of Cr6+ which initial concentration was 10 mg/L could attained more than 99%.The result of fitting adsorption isotherm indicated that Cr6+ in wastewaters adsorpted by pomelo peel powder according with Langmuir isotherm,and the adsorptional process fitted secondary kinetic equations.[Conclusion] The study provides a reliable theoretical foundation and scientific basis.
