摘要
目的:探讨和总结微创拔牙技术在临床应用中的效果。方法:2009-03—2011-03间采用微创拔牙技术拔除195例共201颗牙齿。记录并分析术中患者的感觉和表现,术后1、3、7d复诊时患者的感觉、症状及拔牙创情况。结果:应用微创拔牙技术,本次所选病例术后感染或干槽症发生率为0%,拔牙畏惧率2.56%,术中断根1.03%,术中疼痛11.79%,术后疼痛4.62%,术后肿胀4.10%,术后张口受限2.56%。结论:微创拔牙技术疗效可靠,操作简便,是值得推广的较好拔牙方法。
Objective：To discuss and summarize the clinical application of minimally invasive tooth extraction. Method：From 2009-03 to 2011-03,201 minimally invasive tooth extraction were retrospectively summarized.The sensation and appearance of the patients were checked before and during the operation.Their symptoms,sensation and tooth extraction wounds were examined in 1,3,7 day subsequently after operation.Results：The incidence of postoperative infection or dry socket was 0%,fear rate was 2.56%.Teeth roots broken and pains during extraction were 1.03%and 11.79%respectively.Pains,swelling and limitations of mouth opening after postoperative were 4.10%,4.62% and 2.56%respectively.Conclusion：The minimally invasive technology could give for better results than conventional odontectomy.
