摘要
目的:探讨血站采血护士的职业危害因素和安全防护措施,防止采血护士工作中的职业暴露。方法:对本站32名采血护士经血液传播疾病的知识,职业安全防护,锐器刺伤发生率的调查,对采血流程进行危险性分析,找出控制点,制定出安全防护措施。结果:采血护士职业暴露发生率与往年相比下降57%,采血护士应进行常规的职业安全防护专题培训和复训,防止职业暴露,减少职业危害。结论:采血护士的职业暴露关键在预防。
Objective：This thesis is to discuss the harmful professional factors and safety measures for blood - sampling nurses to prevent their professional exposure during work.Method：Through spread knowledge of diseases infected by blood to 32 nurses in the blood station mentioned below, safety measures,survey of incidence of stabs caused by sharp instrument,and danger analysis of blood - sampling process,we try to find out the controlling point and make out safety measures.Contents：Knowledge of diseases infected by blood,glove usage,management of professional exposure like stabs caused by contaminative needles and sharp instrument.Results：A 57%decrease of professional exposure rate when compared with that of（he last year.Nurses should attend regular（raining courses and reviews to prevent professional exposure and reduce professional harmfulness.Conclusion：It is critical to prevent the professional exposure.
