去甲斑蝥酸钠对人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察去甲斑蝥酸钠对人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖的影响。方法取常规培养的HepG2细胞,接种于24孔板,SNCID组分别加入5、2.5、1、0.5μg/ml的注射用去甲斑蝥酸钠1 ml,对照组不添加任何药物。培养24、48、72 h后用流式细胞术检测细胞周期,并计算增殖指数PI。结果 SNCID组G0/G1期的细胞比例明显增高,而S期细胞比例、PI降低,此效果呈时间和浓度依赖性(P均<0.05)。结论去甲斑蝥酸钠培养可阻滞人肝癌HepG2细胞于G0/G1期,抑制HepG2细胞增殖。
