摘要
循环水系统中所遇到的腐蚀、结垢、生物污垢等问题,采用水处理技术是能够解决的。但以往的循环水处理的控制系统存在操作繁琐、自动化程度低、功能不完善等弊病,针对这些问题,应用组态王软件的强大功能可设计出循环水处理控制系统的监控画面,并建立动态连接,实现远方操作,提高自动化程度,满足实际生产中控制系统的需要。结果表明:利用组态王软件开发的循环水处理控制系统不但自动化程度高、可靠性强,而且所有水汽品质状态及控制过程全部进入了计算机监控系统,便于管理,使水质数据保持在合格的良好状态。
The problems of the corrosion,fouling and biological fouling in circulating water system can be solved by using water treatment technology.The former control system of the circulating water treatment exists the following defection such as the operation complication,automatization level low and the function disadvantage.Applying the powerful function of the Kingview software can design the supervisory picture for the circulating water treatment control system,and establishes dynamic connections realizes the remote operation,improves automatization level,satisfys the need of the control system in the practical operation.The result shows that： using the circulating water treatment control system developed by Kingview software is not only automatization level high,reliability powerful,but also all of the steam quality state and control process can be supervised through the computer supervisory system,which is easy to manage and can keep the water quality data in good condition.
