摘要
重载是引起当前我国沥青路面破坏的主要因素之一,其轴载换算一直是路面设计计算的关键问题.通过实测得到几条高速公路在不同轴载条件下的路表弯沉值,分析了弯沉值与轴载的相关关系,系统研究了基于弯沉等效的轴载换算指数的变化规律,最后推导出了适用于重载交通的沥青路面轴载换算公式.计算结果表明,轴载换算指数n明显大于规范推荐值,新公式可以作为规范的补充,可为重载交通沥青路面的设计与分析计算提供参考.
Heavy load is one of the most important factors causing deterioration of asphalt pavement. Conversion of heavy loads is an essential issue in pavement design and analysis. The deflections of different axle loads are measured on several expressways in the field. The correlation between deflection and axle load is analyzed. The principles of deflection and axle conversion index based on deflection equivalent are systematically studied. Then the axle conversion formula based on deflection equivalent for heavy duty asphalt pavement is proposed according to the actually measured deflection data. The analysis results indicate that the axle conversion index is significantly greater than the value in the specification. As a supplement of the specification, the new formula can provide us with a reliable reference for asphalt pavement design and analysis.
