摘要
对辽宁某菱镁矿选矿厂风化粉矿采用1次粗选、2次精选的单一反浮选流程,以盐酸、六偏磷酸钠为调整剂,KD-I为捕收剂,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm为72%,原矿SiO2含量1.34%、MgO含量93.41%的条件下,获得精矿SiO2含量0.15%、MgO含量97.11%,精矿产率71.36%的小型试验浮选指标;在磨矿细度-0.074 mm约70%,原矿SiO2含量0.88%、MgO含量96.64%的条件下,获得精矿SiO2平均含量0.15%、MgO平均含量97.28%、精矿产率大于70%的工业试验指标。
The laboratory experiment indexes of SiO2 0.15%, MgO 97.11% in concentrate, recovery rate being 71.36% on the condition of SiO2 1.34%, MgO 93.41% in crude and the industry experiment indexes of average SiO2 0.15%, average MgO 97.28% in concentrate, recovery rate being over 70% on the condition of average SiO2 0.88%, average MgO 96.64% in crude were got by grinding fineness -0.074 mm being 72% and 70%, respectively using the reverse-flotation flowsheet of one time rougher, two times concentrators, HCI and sodium hexametaphosphate as adjustors, KD-I as collectors for airslaking powder magnesium in Liaoning.
