摘要
产学研合作实际上是一种新技术成果研发的过程,也是一种技术转移的过程,在这个过程中,技术成果的归属与分享是客观存在的问题.本文通过对产学研三种合作模式的分析,认为构建"利益共享、风险共担"的合作机制是产学研合作良性发展的关键,并提出了技术成果归属与分享的意见和建议.
Combining of production, learning and scientific research is a process of developing a new scientific achievement and a process of transferring technology. In this process, the ascription and sharing of technological achievement exists objectively. By analysing three modes of combining production, learning and scientific research, it comes to a conclusion that building the cooperative mechanism of ＂benefit-sharing and risk-sharing＂ is the key to the development of combining production, learning and scientific research. Furthermore, it comes up with some suggestions about attribution and benefit-shared.
