摘要
对湖北省某鸡场26日龄蛋鸡出现的鸡马立克氏病和J亚群禽白血病混合感染病例进行了病理学观察。结果显示,眼观肝脏表面和心肌上有弥漫性针帽大或拇指大的灰白色结节,镜检在肝、脾、肺、心肌组织中发现有局灶或条索状多形态的淋巴细胞增生,还有散在的髓细胞样瘤细胞增生。
The co-infection of AL-J and MD occurred in a flock of 26-day-old layers in Hubei province was observed in pathological.The results showed that there had numerous gray nodules of needle-cap or thumb on the surface of liver and myocardial by visual inspection.There were also cord-like or multi-focal form of lymphocyte proliferation and scattered myeloid tumor cell proliferation in the tissue of liver,spleen,lung and myocardial by histopathological observation.
