摘要
首先对供应链物流成本概念进行界定,在此基础上详细分析基于供应链的跨组织物流成本管理中存在的几大问题,并提出采用先进的跨组织成本管理方法、提升供应链成员企业跨组织成本管理意识、积极构建独立的物流成本核算体系、加强企业间合作交流、供应链成员企业选择物流成本标准、政府加大支持力度等解决办法,以期对实践有所裨益。
This paper filet define the concept of logistics costs of supply chain, then detailed analysis several major problems of interorganizational logistics cost management based on supply chain, and give some advice about this problems： The use of advanced interorganizational cost management methods, enhance interenterprise supply chain cost management awareness, and actively build an independent logistics cost accounting system, strengthening cooperation and exchanges between enterprises, choosing cost standard, and the government, as supporting.
