摘要
目的分析围绝经期妇女阴道出血的原因,探讨年龄、绝经年限与病理检查结果的关系。方法对2009～2011年间收治的69例围绝经期阴道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 69例患者阴道出血原因以良性病变为主,共43例,占62.3%,恶性病变导致的出血26例,占37.7%。随着年龄的增长发生恶性病变的可能性也随之增大,恶性病变的发生与年龄之间的差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绝经年限越长者发生恶性病变的可能性越大,恶性病变的发生与绝经年限之间的差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期阴道出血是由多种原因引起的,临床应明确诊断,正确判断良恶性肿瘤,同时定期对围绝经期妇女进行体检普查,做到早发现、早治疗。
Objective To analyze the cause of vaginal bleeding of women during menopausal period,investigate the correlations between the pathological findings and age,menopausal age.Methods 69 cases in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years of menopausal vaginal bleeding were retrospectively analyzed.Results Most of 69 cases were benign lesions,a total of 43 cases,accounting for 62.3%,malignant lesions caused by hemorrhage in 26 cases,accounting for 37.7%.With the growth of the age incidence of the possibility of malignant lesions also increased,and the difference between age and pathological findings had statistical significance（P0.05）.Menopause age more elderly malignant lesions occur more likely,the difference between malignant lesions and menopause age had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Menopause vaginal bleeding is caused by many reasons,clinical diagnosis should be made clearly,judge benign and malignant tumors should be correctly,do medical screening to women during menopausal period,in order to detective early and treat early.
