电力电子变换器的开关布尔矩阵及潜电路分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对现有电力电子变换器潜电路分析方法存在的不足,提出了基于开关布尔矩阵分析电力电子变换器潜电路的统一方法。根据电力电子变换器的开关状态,建立变换器的开关布尔矩阵,通过布尔运算消去全开关布尔矩阵中的正常工作模态开关向量以及无效开关向量,得到变换器的潜开关布尔矩阵,进而辨识出变换器中存在的潜在开关路径和潜电路模态。以Matlab为平台设计了相应的算法程序,潜电路分析结果用电路模型文件的形式保存。以ZVT-PWM Buck变换器为例,分析了其中存在的潜电路现象,验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。 Aiming at drawbacks of sneak circuit analysis(SCA) methods for power electronic converters,a unified SCA method based on a switching Boolean matrix for power electronic converters is proposed.The complete switching Boolean matrix was established by switch state enumeration of converters.Then the sneak switching Boolean matrix was constructed by removing all the normal and invalid switching vectors from the complete switching Boolean matrix,so that sneak circuit paths were identified automatically.A program in Matlab 7.0 was developed to realize the proposed method while the SCA results were also stored as model files.The proposed SCA program is fully validated by performing a sneak circuit analysis on a zero-voltage transition(ZVT) PWM Buck convert.
