摘要
从医院筹备项目的要求和管理现状来看,新建或改扩建医院将现代项目管理模式引入医院筹建阶段是一项系统工程,必须有计划、有步骤地实施。因此,应用现代项目管理的理论和思想,对医院筹备项目管理进行系统研究,并通过现代项目管理模式在筹备项目中的推广应用,对新建和改扩建医院引进现代项目管理方法、提高了项目管理水平起到示范作用。
According to the requirement and management situation of Shenzhen Binhai Hospital preparation project, bringing modern project management mode into hospital preparation stage is a system project. It must be carried out step by step. Therefore, by applying modern project management theory and ideas, the author makes systematic exploration, simplication, specification and plan on Binhai Hospital preparatory project management. With populization and application in this project, the author brings modern project management methods in preparation of hospital. It improvs the project management level and set an example for other hospitals.
