摘要
目的探讨衡阳市乳腺癌患者术后生存质量的影响因素。方法采用乳腺癌患者一般情况问卷与乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B),对105名术后乳腺癌患者进行调查和评定。结果衡阳市乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的主要影响因素:年龄、职业、临床分期、月收入、术后时间。结论乳腺癌患者术后生活质量随年龄的增高、病情的加重而降低;临床分期越晚,患者的生命质量也越差。
Objective To explore the factors influencing quality of life among the patients with breast cancer operation in Hengyang‘City. Methods The self＇ designed general conditions questionnaire and the Scale of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy for Breast Cancer （FACT- B） were used to survey and assess the quality of life in 105 patients after breast cancer operation. Results The main influencing factors related to the quality of life of the patients with breast cancer operation were age, occupation, the clinical stages, monthly income, with or without metastasis and postoperative period. Conclusions The postoperative quality of life of the patients reduces with the age increased and the aggravating illness. The quality of life of the patients without metastasis of breast cancer is much better than those with metastasis.
