摘要
采用浸渍法制备改性ZSM-5分子筛作为乙醇胺合成哌嗪的催化剂,改性后的催化剂具有较好的活性和选择性。考察了不同硅铝比的HZSM-5分子筛对反应的影响,对比了KCl、CaCl2和MgCl2作为改性剂的反应效果,确定KCl为改性较优的改性剂,2.5 mo1/L为较适宜的浸渍浓度。
To synthesize piperazine from ethanolamine with modified ZSM-5 zeolite prepared using dipping method as catalyst.The modified ZSM-5 zeolite has great active and selectivity.To study the influence of HZSM-5 with different SiO2/Al2O3 ratios on the reaction. The experiment results showed that the KCI was the better modifier than CaCl2 and Mg- Cl2, and the optimum dipping concentration was 2.5 mol/L.
