摘要
肌肉衰减综合征是伴随年龄而出现的一种肌肉不自主性丢失的慢性疾病，以骨骼肌细胞体积和数量减少、肌力下降、结缔组织和脂肪增多，并由此导致躯体功能减低、虚弱及不同程度残疾等为特征的临床症状症候群。此项研究在国内开展甚少，本文就肌肉衰减综合征的概念、病理生理机制、诊断和评估及治疗等方面作一综述。
Sarcopenia is the chronic and involuntary age - related loss of muscle mass and abnormal infiltration of fat and connective issue and subsequently has a negative effect on strength and functionality leading to a reduced quality of life. This paper reviews its definition, pathophysiology, diagnosis, evaluation and management.
