摘要
新疆维吾尔自治区地处我国西北边陲,亚欧大陆腹地,各种能源资源十分丰富。本文围绕新疆跨越式发展的战略目标,从新疆特殊的战略地位和区情出发,深入分析了新疆能源资源状况、能源产业发展现状、前景以及面临的挑战,客观地提出了新疆能源产业跨越式发展的战略思路与战略目标;通过系统梳理新疆能源产业实现跨越式发展不同阶段所面临的重大技术问题,思考性地描绘了实现新疆能源产业跨越式发展的关键科技需求与实现途径,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is located in the northwest border of China, the hinterland of Eurasia with rich in a variety of energy resources. Based on Xinjiang＇s special strategic status, and focused on Xinjiang＇s great-leap-forward strategic objective, this paper has an in-depth analysis of the energy re- sources status, prospects and challenges of the energy industry development, objectively putting forward the strategic considerations and objectives of great-leap-forward development of energy industry in Xinjiang. Through the systematical analysis of the major technical problems faced by Xinjiang＇s energy industry＇s leap-forward development in different stages, we thoughtfully describe the key scientific and technological demanding as well as ways to realize a leap-forward development of energy industry in Xinjiang, and also put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
