摘要
介绍了线切割方法,提出了基于CAD的数控手工编程,在CAD上可找到手工编程所需的坐标点,去掉繁琐的计算、自动编程中冗长的程序和增加的通信问题,并在生产中验证了这种方法的正确性和有效性。实践证明,该手工编程方法具有快、精、准以及提高生产效率和产品质量等优点。
The method of WEDM was introduced and the CNC manual programming based on CAD was proposed. The coordinate of the points for the manual programming could be found in CAD and the trivial calculation, the lengthy procedures in automatic programming and the increased communication problems were removed. Proved in practice, the method of manual programming is quick, accurate and exact. Besides, this method improves the production efficiency and increases the product quality.
