摘要
从水泥化学角度讨论了预拌混凝土用的水泥与超塑化剂相适应性的几个问题。超塑化剂主要是大量吸附在水泥颗粒表面的水化产物上而不是吸附在未水化水泥颗粒表面。水泥与超塑化剂相适应性不好主要是水泥水化产物吸附大量的超塑化剂所致。凡是加速水泥初期水化的因素 ,特别是使水泥凝结加速的因素如C3A含量过高、SO3 掺量过少、碱含量高以及掺入内比表面积大的火山灰质混合材等均使水泥与超塑化剂的相适应性变差。据此 ,提出了生产与超塑化剂相适应性好的水泥的途径。
Several questions about the compatibility of superplasticizer with cement for ready-mixed concrete are discussed from the standpoint of cement chemistry. Superplasticizer mainly absorbs on the cement hydrates covering the surface of cement particles instead of on the surface of unhydrated particles. The major reason for the occurring of nonconformance between cement and superplasticizer lies in the fact that large amount of superplasticizer is absorbed by hydrates. Factors which can accelerate the early hydration of cement, the setting in particular, such as excessively high C3A content, too low SO3 content, high alkali content and the blending of pozzolana with large inner specific surface area, etc., will result in poor compatibility of the superplasticizer with cement. Theway in improving their compatibility is therefore put forward based on the aforementioned results.
